I am a regular long distance runner and now a first time Mum. After a run I would without a doubt suffer from hip pain. This would linger for 2 days after my run sometimes longer depending how far I'd pushed myself.

I was tired of how it affected my ability to get back out on the running trails for days and it didn't matter what I tried the pain always showed up.
